To make the ginger tea you can either add crushed peice of ginger or even better just grate it into boiling water. Let it simmer for a good seven to ten minutes and have it when it is still hot. You may add a tablespoon full of honey to make it taste better.




Lemon Tea must be the tea you want to have to if you want to kick start your day in a refreshing way. Lemon Tea helps you with digestion and you know it is just refreshing to have it at any time! Just add two tablespoons of honey, lemon juice (One fresh lemon squeezed out) to hot water. If you want to make it better or an evening tea you may add one tea bag and let it seep for five minutes.




Mint Tea has to be your go to drink if you want to improve your digestion and thereby clear your skin. Just smash the fresh mint leaves in between your palms and drop them into boiling water. Let the water boil for a god five to seven minutes. Your mint tea is ready! if you are feeling fancy add some fresh lemon juice and honey and enjoy your drink.




Cinnamon Tea Ladies, this is your go to tea if you want to keep your menstrual cramps under control. It helps cleaning your digestive system and acne as well! You can add little pieces of cinnamon bark or just add cinnamon powder to boiling water. Add a teaspoon full of honey and have it hot!




Kashmiri Kahwa though made in a traditional samovar you can make it at your home as well. This Tea was traditionally made to have after meals to improve digestion. It is an easy recipe; add green tea leaves, cardamom, cloves, Cinnamon to boiling water. To Give the authentic touch add some saffron, dried rose petals and shavings of almonds. It is great for your gut and your taste buds will thank you!
